Raw Food Support Group

We are hosting a regular meet-up every Sunday at 5pm in the Zen Den. Come join other raw foodies anywhere along their journey to better health, energy and happiness. Hear their stories, share yours, get tips, recipes, etc. It’s very casual and fun. Hope to see you any Sunday you can make it.

Women’s Soccer

Join the Rawlicious™ women’s soccer team in the Toronto High Park Football Club league this summer! Games are late Sunday evening at High Park and there will be an optional mid-week practice. Movie / Documentary Nights

Most Friday Nights at 7pm in the Zen Den, it’s dinner and a movie or interesting documentary! There is no extra charge to attend but space is limited, so you must rsvp. Call 416 519 7150 to find out what movie is playing and book your spot but please be considerate and only reserve a space if you really are coming .... or please call in your cancellation in a reasonable time frame.
